Partner terms

Attribution

A SACCO is credited to the partner who first registered it as a lead or brought it in through their referral link. Duplicate claims are checked against existing SACCOs and open leads. No two partners are credited for the same SACCO unless a split arrangement has been approved in writing.

Eligibility & commission

Commission is earned on the qualifying event your agreement names, such as activation or first payment, at the rate in force when it was earned. A later change to the rate never alters commissions already earned.

Refunds & reversals

If the underlying subscription payment is refunded or reversed, the related commission is reversed by a linked entry. History is never deleted.

Payouts

Payouts are made after eligibility and approval checks, subject to a minimum threshold and a verified payout method and tax details.

Data access

Partners see only what their contract covers. Introducing a SACCO does not give access to its finances, passengers or vehicle locations.
