Terms of service

These terms are a placeholder pending legal review (plan §10, §15.3). They must be replaced with reviewed terms before the platform is used in production.

MatSacco provides software for matatu SACCOs to manage their fleet, crew, compliance, maintenance and payment records. SACCOs are responsible for the accuracy of the records they enter and for their payment and settlement arrangements with vehicle owners.
